Brewed with our friends @heavyreelbrewingco, Reel Heavy Jams is an 8% NE style DIPA inspired by a mutual love of fishing and marine life. Since the Southern Pacific Ocean is home to the Great Barrier Reef and has one of the most diverse marine populations on the planet, we decided to load this beer up with as many exciting New Zealand hops as possible!

Featuring hops from @freestylehops, we Double Dry Hopped this beer with an insane amount of fresh Kohia Nelson, NZ Cascade, and Motueka. Additionally, we hopped Reel Heavy Jams with a unique hop product from @hopguild called Motueka Hopjuice.

Cracking a can of this Jams and pouring it into a glass reveals a saturated yellow-colored liquid topped with a fluffy white head. Upon tasting we’re getting blown away by citrus-forward tropical notes of ripe passionfruit, zesty lime, sweet candied orange, and juicy tangerines with hints of grapefruit and mango.
