Delivery Policy

Local Delivery

All local deliveries require an adult (21+) to confirm and receive the order.

We happily offer local delivery to the greater Princeton area. Please see a list of ZIP codes we are currently servicing below. Please also note these details regarding local delivery.

• Orders over $75.00 will be delivered free of an additional charge
• Orders under $75.00 will incur a Delivery Fee of $10
• Orders placed before 4PM will be delivered the same day, while orders placed after 4PM are not guaranteed to be delivered that day
• We are currently servicing the following ZIP codes: 08502, 08504, 08525, 08528, 08534, 08536, 08540, 08541, 08542, 08543, 08544, 08550, 08553, 08558, 08648

Delivery Timeframe

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe for same-day delivery. If your order is placed before our delivery cutoff of 4PM, we will do our utmost to deliver it to you the same day, but delivery within a specific window of time may not be feasible. If you will not be home at some point during the day, please note this in the "special instructions" section when placing your order. Should this present an issue, we will be in touch.

Delivery Requirements

Customers must be present to accept delivery, be 21 years of age or older and present valid, government issued ID.

Order Cancelation

If your order has been completed, charged, and assembled for either pickup or delivery, order cancellation is possible. Please note that the form of payment charged for the order will then be refunded plus a 10% restocking fee. Please check your confirmation email and verify that the type and quantity of the products are correct. We are happy to edit orders should there be an issue. We will not be responsible for any incorrect orders placed by you, the customer. Any incorrect orders that are processed and shipped will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges back to us if you want to return the item(s).

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather conditions, we reserve the choice to push the delivery date of any order until weather conditions improve enough to allow safe delivery.

Free In-store or Curbside Pickup

For those already out and about, we also are happy to hold your order in-store until you are able to stop by in person. This service is free. Pickup can only occur during our normal operating hours. Should you need to cancel or change your order to be delivered, please contact us and we will do everything we can for you.
