Dansk Mjød Description

Ribe is the oldest town in the Nordic region and a true Viking settlement. 

Ribe Mjød was brewed for the town’s 1300th jubilee celebrations. Compiled in partnership with Ribe Vikinge Center, the recipe contains apple and myrica gale. 

Palate: The added apple juice lightly accentuates the fruity, acidic notes of Ribe Mjød, providing an excellent contrast to the sweetness of the honey.
