Japanese grapefruit beer, carefully selected Japanese rice, which is the same type of wheat cultivated on the ground as used in brewing sake, is used as the main raw material, and fragrant yuzu juice is added during the brewing process, bringing a refreshing, sweet and slightly sour bubbly drinking experience.
