Appearance: Intense and elegant black, with a lasting foam head with fine bubbles.

Nose: Intensely aromatic, with sage, roasted chestnuts, dark honey, bitter chocolate and fresh farm-baked bread.

Palate: Toasted bitter flavour with bittersweet herbs. A gentle tingle balances with an elegant and intensely aromatic freshness. Finishes with delicate bitter notes and a malty sweetness on the palate.
