We still brew this unique beer in the old, top-fermented way using real Gose yeast with the special ingredients coriander and salt. The additional lactic acid fermentation creates a round, harmonious acidity that gives our Gose its refreshing character. The classic, open fermentation process and the long, cold maturation make them so balanced.
