Tonewood Brewing Description

Redwood is our Cherry Saison brewed with mountains upon mountains of tart & juicy Montmorency Cherries grown by our pals at 3 Spring Fruit Farms in Adams County, PA and rested for one year in one of our American Oak Foudres. This bottle pours with a very light carbonation and is reminiscent of Belgian Kriek with notes of sour cherries , watermelon kombucha, vanilla, dusty oak & holiday baking spices.
