Our Pilsener is brewed with the utmost care according to the old rules of the Franconian brewing tradition. In addition to the best ingredients such as 'Pilsener' barley malt, the famous aroma hop 'Tradition' and soft brewing water from own wells, time is a very important factor. While the fermentation takes place, the beer is not touched and can therefore mature in piece.
