We brew our red beer as full beer and strong beer using four types of malt each. The powerful strong beer is in Oak barrels stored for fine maturation. After the storage time, our master brewers decide purely based on sensory criteria whether and, above all, which strong beer stored in wooden barrels can be mixed with the full beer. The result is a balanced, yet powerfully lively red beer of a special kind!
