Born in 2010, Edinburgh Gin is distilled in the heart of Scotland’s capital city

We take inspiration from the wonder-filled city that is our name’s sake – a captivating city of contrasts and harmony that blends historic tradition with contemporary creativity, city pride with world citizenship, nature and the urban environment.

We began with our Classic, a world class London Dry, which became the foundation for a series of expressions that led the flavoured gin revolution, pushing boundaries and breaking down conventions.

Our gins represent one of the most varied and vibrant range of gins in the world.

CLASSIC GIN

Our Classic gin is an unmistakable London Dry, born in the ancient and magical city of Edinburgh. Much like its birthplace, what lies within this bottle is far from ordinary.

Enjoy how you like. We drink it with tonic, a twist of orange, lots of ice –and lots of friends.

The finest grain spirit is brought together with an original balance of 14 botanicals. The woody hint of pine buds, aromatic lemongrass and floral lavender are all present. Fruity jammy flavour from black mulberries balances perfectly with the citrus from the orange and lime peels in the finish. Hazelnuts, thick with natural oils, add texture and a smooth mouthfeel.

Perfectly balanced – refreshing, crisp and versatile. The heart of our range, and, in our opinion, the perfect London Dry.

Nose: Clean and fresh with spiced notes

Palate: Rounded juniper, pine, floral lavender, with hints of soft spice and aromatic citrus.

Finish: Bright citrus giving away to a round, smooth finish.
