Barry Family Cellars Description

Founded in 2011, Barry Family Cellars released its first wines in 2014. Founded by father and son Ken and Ian Barry, the winery specializes in small batch vinifera wines, reflective of terroir and made with minimal intervention in the region of Finger Lakes, Upstate NY.

Four Track Demo is a light bodied blend of Blaufrankisch, Chardonnay , Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Co-fermented with about 30% whole clusters. Lively and vibrant showing wonderful fruitiness, light body and a silky texture due to the partial-carbonic maceration. Featuring notes of dried cranberry, sweet spices and strawberry preserve.  The perfect “bistro red.”
