Campillo Description

Intense cherry red color with garnet highlights. Very expressive, displaying complex aromas of ripe black fruit with spicy notes and hints of vanilla and licorice. Broad, powerful, round, and fleshy. Long and distinguished finish.

It's easy to pair with any type of meat and grilled mushrooms. Pair with some flavorful or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheeses, such as Emmental and Gruyère. Pasta with tomato and/or cheese.
