Canella Description

Bellini is a cocktail composed of two parts of sparkling wine, one part of white peach juice (obtained from select, perfectly ripe peaches) and a few drops of wild raspberry. It is a classic aperitif, with an inebriating peach fragrance. It is best enjoyed chilled (best kept in the refrigerator and chilled for quarter of an hour in the freezer before serving), in Riedel Bellini crystal glass, and should not be stored for long to enjoy its well balanced fragrance.
