From one of the most illustrious producers in Burgundy's Cotes de Nuits comes a truly rare white wine which blends 45% old-vine Aligoté, 45% old-vine Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Beurot and Pinot Blanc. The Aligoté is harvested from 98 year-old vines, the Chardonnay from 75 year-old vines, so these varietals display incredible depth and concentration.
The Clavelier family pioneered organic farming long before it became vogue. Prior to continuing his family's winemaking legacy, Bruno enjoyed a full career as a professional rugby player. Now the fifth generation in a long winemaking tradition, Bruno adheres to minimal intervention as his rule and his vineyards have been certified biodynamic since 2005.
You'll encounter aromas of apple, peach, melon, and savory herbs. Enjoy a unique, dry white vin de France with real aging potential!
