Far Niente Description

Vineyard

The Martin Stelling Vineyard, located behind the winery in Oakville, is the cornerstone of Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon. Planted on some of the most beautiful, gravelly loam soil in the Napa Valley, the vineyard uniformly produces wines with supple tannins, bright, forward fruit, and beautiful tannin structure.  

Tasting Notes

From the first swirl, notes of espresso, blueberry and dark cherry immediately waft from the glass and envelope the senses. The 2019 Far Niente Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is silky and seductive on entry with flavors of blackberry and cocoa. This wine is beautifully textured with well-integrated tannins and a finish that is smooth and long-lasting.
