Goldschmidt Vineyard Description

Deep ruby red with purple hues. Wonderful notes of blackberry, cherry, allspice, and pepper are complimented by toasty French oak. This delivers almost unbridled plum and black cherry flavors in a forward, elegant, and opulent style. The tannins are round and smooth without a hint of harshness. Finishes with black tea and sweet, red tobacco.

It is medium-to full-bodied with an attractive nose of currants, redcurrants, crushed berries and chocolate. The palate is fresh and juicy. Clean finish with some length. Drink or hold.
