Straw yellow in color. The nose develops fresh notes of pear and exotic fruit. Savory notes emerge in the mouth supported by good acidity and minerality.

Vinification : soft pressing of the bunches followed by natural decanting for 24 hours at 10 ° C. Alcoholic fermentation continues for about 15 days in steel vats at a controlled temperature without ever exceeding 18 ° C. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out.
Aging : in steel vats until bottling.
