Loxarel Description

Scents of white blossom, honey, quince and musk. On the palate it's soft, with a gentle mousse, hints of apples and mandarin fruits. There's also good acidity and a refreshing salty element.

Pairs well with most food, but ideal as an apetiser, with risotto or pasta.

Made by Josep Mitjans at Loxarel in Vilobí del Penedès, Barcelona.
