This captivating blend draws inspiration from the sun-drenched slopes of France's southern Rhône Valley, masterfully combining its two noble red varietals: Grenache and Syrah. Elevating the complexity, we've added subtle touches of Mourvèdre and Tempranillo, their earthy spice and dark fruit notes providing a perfect counterpoint to the vibrant Grenache-Syrah duo.
Our winemaking approach honors tradition while embracing innovation. Open-top fermentation tanks and manual punch-downs ensure optimal extraction, developing a robust structure with elegantly balanced tannins. Post-fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barrels, imparting delicate spice and vanilla nuances that enhance rather than overpower the wine's inherent fruit character.
Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Rhône-style blend presents a rich ruby core, rimmed by enticing purple hues.
The nose is an alluring tapestry of boysenberry, wild bramble, and refined tobacco.
On the palate, the wine's full-bodied nature shines through, supported by well-integrated tannins. Flavors cascade from lush black fruits to hints of damp earth, culminating in notes of chocolate-covered cherries.
