In 1860,a Cochinita, or piglet, was involved in an extraordinary event in the lands of Extremadura’s El Raposo Valley in Spain. The piglet was sufering from swollen feet and was found covered in mud in a pond. it was believed to be dead, but to everyone’s surpise it rose up full of energy and without any symptoms of disease. The news spread quickly. Many people arrived to try the healing mud. The place soon became famous and today our winery is nestled in this valley. Our Cochinita represents the healing properties of our land, bestowing it with superpowers that makes it invencible.
Tasting Notes
Fruity, full-bodied, elegant and spicy. It pairs with bbq meat, vegetable, and cheese.
