Bodegas de Occidente Description

In the vineyard, the Tempranillo variety is planted on trellises and without irrigation. Its soils are clayey from an area with an altitude of 560 meters above sea level. El Raposo is how this area is known, where there is a spa with a particular microclimate making it a very cool area with thermal changes between day and night. The harvest is carried out manually, taking into account the selection of bunches both in the vineyard and in the winery. Finally, this wine is aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels. It can be paired with game meat, red meat, sausages, goose products and dark chocolate.
